Painting Party Event

Events are coordinated via Facebook event. All event info and updates will be provided there, as well as a forum for asking questions. (This can be set up by the host or The Purple Peg)

Customer choses/books venue. Provides tables, chairs, table coverings*

Tables should seat 4-6 people each (depending on the size of the sign).

6-8 custom templates (one size chosen by host) for each attendee to choose from. If a guest doesn’t see a design they like, they can work with the organizer to come up with a custom design for a $10 fee.

 

Size options for host to choose from:

12×12 – $35 each

7×24 – $35 each

16×18 – $40

14×36 – $55

Event Details

2-3 weeks prior to the event, the design options will be posted to the FB event. Each attendee will comment on the design they wish to paint, with their name and email. They will be invoiced within two days. All designs must be chosen and paid for 5 days prior to the event. All unpaid invoices will be cancelled and templates will not be available to be paid for at the event.

Set up one hour prior to the event, help is appreciated but not required. (Tables, chairs, coverings should already be prepared)

Attendee must be ages 8+

*Table coverings can be provided for an additional charge of $1 per table.

Birthday Parties

Host is responsible for the total cost of the event.

$100 deposit required to book event. Deposit is refundable until 2 weeks prior to the event. The balance will be due at set up.
